Contestant Entry Form

Girls we have businesses in the Cy-Fair area who are interested in sponsoring your entry fee. If you have a financial need please call the Chamber office at 281-373-1390 or go to the Chamber website for a listing of businesses who are members.

The entry date has been extended to March 1, 2010 but all payments are due at time of entry.

Entry forms will be accepted by hand delivery, fax or mail. Entry forms will not be accepted by email.
